Matthew Patience & Greg Carron: Automated Launch Success For Developers

We are pleased to announce two more impressive speakers! Matthew Patience and Greg Carron from BNOTIONS will be discussing ways to successfully launch and maintain an app through the use of automated alerts.

Their talk is titled Automated Launch Success for Developers:

"Marketing is useless and waste of money if you aren't retaining loyal users. Stop complaining about 1 star reviews and do something about it. In this session we'll talk about a system that you as a developer or marketer can set up to manage your community of users, triage their feedback, and successfully turn 1 star reviews in to 4/5 stars. This ideology is based on three concepts: Awareness, Insight, and Mitigation. Learn how to get automated alerts for crashes, ratings, and user feedback; Understand how to get insight on these areas; And lastly, learn how to deal with these data sets appropriately and use them to your advantage."

A little bit about Matt and Greg:

Matthew Patience holds two passions in life, Technology and Music. Where they cross over is evident in his willingness to experiment with new things. Patience runs a dedicated mobile team at BNOTIONS as VP Mobile, but also pushes the company's limits through research and development by experimenting with technologies such as Second Screens, Wearable Technology, and Brain Computer Interfaces. High profile applications that Matthew and his team have released include theScoreVu, and SayWhat?
