Ray Walters has been the Head Chef for the Big Android BBQ since the events inception. Originally from the Boston, MA area, Ray learned the craft of slow food when he moved to the Kansas City area 11-years ago. He has cooked in various parts of the country for groups as large as 1500 and is the official chef for Team Douche. He lives in Warrensburg, Missouri with his wife Melissa and two children. He is currently working on a barbecue tell-all book called BBQ Burlesque.
